Group 1's Customer Communications Management Suite to Support Union's Comprehensive Telecommunications Services Offerings

Lanham, MD — Group 1 Software (Nasdaq: GSOF), a leading provider of customer relationship management (CRM)-enabling software solutions, today announced that Union Telephone of Mountain View, Wyoming has selected its DOC1 customer communications management suite. Union offers a wide variety of telecommunications services, including cellular, local and long distance telephone, Internet (including DSL) and cable television to customers in Wyoming, Utah and Colorado.

The DOC1 suite is an integrated, end-to-end customer communications management solution, providing both print and Web delivery.
